Nickson and his wife had a family owned land and he was always fascinated by the sea and the tourist that came to enjoy surfing in the world famous surfing point On the family owned land he build a Bungalow with personnel attention ,and he wanted the visitors to be as comfortable as in Home whilst enjoying the nature bestowed on us With this concept in mind he created the SANEEPA BANGALOW which has now become an icon in Arugambe drawing the local and foreign visitors equally, who considers it as a comfortable hide out.
